Chapter 2 covers internal and external barriers that probably hindered you from developing strong critical thinking skills. Theses include family, friends, teachers, media emotions, stubbornness, rationalization, etc discuss the external an internal barriers that hinder you from becoming a critical thinker and how you will overcome them so they no longer prevent you from developing critical thinking skills
Honestly, I think external barriers like pressure from friends or teachers wanting memorization over questioning held me back. Internally, I struggled with being stubborn or letting media and emotions cloud my judgment. To overcome this, I'm working on catching myself when I'm being close-minded and actually listening to different perspectives. Idk I think that’s how I would describe it lollll
Thx
