hows 2 kmake candi :3 Ingredients : 4 cups sugar, 2 cups light corn syrup, 2 cups water, 3 drops red & blue dye, 3 caps (teaspoons) of strawberry and blueberry extract (less of extract if you don’t like over powered candies) In 2 separate containers Mix red dye with strawberry extract Mix blue dye with blueberry extract Pots & pans : 2 medium pots, 2 brisket pans, parchment paper (or whatever flat thing with a rim you have that’s non stick for candy, parchment paper works too) In 2 separate medium pots Mix 2 cups sugar, 1 cup light corn syrup, 1 cup water Set temperature to high heat and stir thoroughly every 30 seconds for 5 minutes Set temperature to medium heat and cook for 19 minutes, stirring thoroughly every 1 ½ to 2 minutes Pour pots into the brisket pans Mix with dye and extract mixes Wait 5 minutes then shape candy into balls, it is perfectly fine if it’s still hot to touch, just wait a little bit longer, make sure it doesn’t harden. On parchment paper roll out the strawberry ball into a flat disk and roll the blueberry into a snake looking thing Make like a fully closed hot dog and stretch it out into a long snake then wait until fully cooled Cut into half inch pieces by tapping with a knife.
