Writing 7 Online
catacombs1895:

Im still finding my way around this site, but I think this is how I use this.... does anyone have any writing tips? like writing either for poems or book writing? I LOVE writing, but I'm not sure where to really start. Like ACTUALLY start. all of the writing I make seems so mediocre to me hehe,,

Twaylor:

start by studying a dictionary, not a joke either, I did that and it helped my writing ability, try reading it for like 30 mins per night

yeah lowk js do what twaylor, for me I love poetry and ts so I write alot and reading the dictionary and ts helped me rhyme, use more academic/smarter words, and helped me improve my writing over time. Just Dont rush it. Rushing it makes your mind all over the place, And tbh I write about how I feel and ts and things in my life, maybe you can do the same thing?

Studying a dictionary can help along with taking inspiration found from authors or others online another thing is to just write, if you just write and re-read what you’ve written while looking for synonyms and words that might generally just fit better along with fixing any grammar mistakes you might have made and missed during the initial writing process
