Hello everyone! Here is a reminder of our policy against spam posts.

The primary purpose of this website is to offer homework and study help. We want the questions section to be a place where students can get the academic help they need. As such, please do not use the questions section for non-academic/spam posts.

Here are some examples:
- Greetings, such as “Hi” or “Good morning.” Feel free to say hello in the public chat at the bottom of the screen.
- Conversation starters, such as “If you had superpowers, what would they be?”.
- Advice questions regarding topics such as friendships, relationships, or other personal problems.
- Poll questions, such as “What is your favorite song?”
- Joke/meme posts.
- Games, such as Truth-or-Dare, Hangman, etc.
- Status updates about your personal life, such as "I'm bored"
- Asking for fans or medals
- Announcements about site rules (please let staff handle those)
- Low-effort "what is 2 + 2" style questions
- Broadcasting drama or disputes
- Posts announcing that you're leaving


The above posts are more suited towards the chat (located at the bottom of the screen) or DMs (the envelope at the top of the screen).

If your post got taken down, it is most likely because it is a non-academic/spam post. Please do not repost it. If you have questions regarding a post removal, please contact a moderator or ambassador rather than make another post about it.

Spam is distracting and negatively affects people’s ability to receive help. It is also time-consuming to remove. As such, our ongoing policy is as follows:

1st Offense: Warning / Brief suspension
2nd Offense: 1 week suspension
3rd Offense: 1 month suspension
4th Offense: Longer suspension / ban

An additional note: our userbase has recently grown significantly, which puts a strain on moderation. Please be mindful that our moderator and ambassador teams are volunteers, who are also managing full-time study and/or jobs. If you see spam, report it and we’ll take a look at it as soon as possible. Do not reply to spam posts, as this makes the problem worse.
