honestly, what I would do is try not to think about anything that could possibly go wrong that way you aren't too anxious about it, yeah? and bring maybe some kind of stress toy to not think about anything wrong. just try to think about the fun youll have after the plane ride. hopefully this doesn't come off like insensitive or whatever ,,, ^_^'' I hope it goes well regardless!
