For people who talk in front of a lot of people or for people who sing in front of a lot of people, can I get some advice? I got a solo for my choir concert, and I've danced in front of people only time I've had a solo was the national anthem, but not a song for a concert.

Just tune the crowd out. Think of it like you are the only person in the room, and it should work.
