When I try to send a GIF in chats, it pulls up an error and won't send.

I think a lot of schools block klipy, if that's the issue you're having, can you access https://static.klipy.com/ii/d7aec6f6f171607374b2065c836f92f4/98/d7/KIgrnzf2.webp or does it come up with a blocked screen?
