hi um I don't know if this is the right section for this, but can someone go over my poem and tell me if its good enough to give my English professor for a poem practice assignment? if it isn't, can you give me feedback and tips on how to make it better? sorry it's a bit depressing Sometimes I wish I could be a little caterpillar, Waiting to grow wings to soar from the cocoon it created to feel safe. I wish I was that caterpillar, Eating leaves from sappy trees, Living free from harm, Not caring how much other creatures are such peeves, making me weak in my knees My head throbs, Beating like a racing heart, Waiting for other caterpillars to grow up from being such slobs. Laziness engulfs me no matter how much I squirm, my body writhing in such irritation, My head ready to explode from its grave inflation. That’s why i decide that now, I have become, That tiny, worthless, earthless and utterly useless caterpillar.
hmm what meaning are you trying to get out of this?
I'm not sure I'm just trying to make something to appeal to my professor lol and it was meant to have emotional value so I was projecting lol
then it works, since you then connect urself with the caterpillar because since the caterpillar is small and weak, not a lot of animals pay any mind to it
mhm! thanks!
All in a days work
lwk yh it might work
