I'm not that good at law can someone fact check this without bias? June 29, 2026, the Supreme Court decided Chatrie v. United States. The Court held that obtaining someone's location history is a Fourth Amendment search. Flock cameras similarly collect and store vehicle-location information, along with where you walk, bike, etc., meaning Flock is violating our Fourth Amendment rights. Because Flock obtains this location information illegally, police cannot use evidence obtained from Flock cameras against you. Any evidence gathered through an unconstitutional search should be excluded from court under the Fourth Amendment.
