Kiran a flowchart is simply a diagram of what the program does there are differen't shapes for the boxes based on each statement like the Start and End statements are usually rounded rectangles, when your dealing with input and output you use a Parallelogram and the Diamond shape boxes are used for conditionals and operations and they are connected with arrows. i will try to find a good link that will help you understand the flowchart process every better
