How do I convert a higher-order ordinary differential equation to a system of linear differential equations by solving it through Runge-Kutta 45 (RK45, adaptive)?

Well... you linearize first and then you solve it by using Runge-Kutta. Do you know how to linearize a higher order differential equation by decomposing into a system of linear equations?
