Find the equation of the vertical line passing through the line 3/2, -1/2?

ok... a vertical line is ALWAYS in the format x = (any number) a HORIZONTAL line is in the format y = (any number) so in this case, x = 3/ 2.
oh okay, well I got that part...but it asks to write in slope intercept form
would i just put it in y=mx+b
um.. thats impossible because slope intercept would have to be a FUNCTION of x.
