Find the equation of the vertical line passing through the line 3/2, -1/2?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok... a vertical line is ALWAYS in the format x = (any number) a HORIZONTAL line is in the format y = (any number) so in this case, x = 3/ 2.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh okay, well I got that part...but it asks to write in slope intercept form

OpenStudy (anonymous):

would i just put it in y=mx+b

OpenStudy (anonymous):

um.. thats impossible because slope intercept would have to be a FUNCTION of x.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

agreed with above

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Wrong problem! Sorry woops!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It was a different problem asking for slope thank you!
