3 times 0 is 0 so 0+2y=2 so now you divide by 2 to get y byitself and 2 divided by 2 is one so y=1 when x=0 so that is one point on the graph (0,1)

pick a value for x, say x = 0
3(0)+2y =2
2y =2
y=1
sp the point (0,1) lies on the graph you are trying to plot.
similarly choose two more values for x and find the corresponding values for y.
once you have your three points, draw a straight line through them. That will be the graph you are looking for
