graph the equation by plotting three points 3x+2y=2

here is the graph and do the same thing as on the last problem

@ smurfy i did and i got it wrong

ok well if we pick 0 for x and plug it in the equation then y=1 correct?

idk

we pick a random number so i picked 0 3 times 0 is 0 so 0+2y=2 so now you divide by 2 to get y byitself and 2 divided by 2 is one so y=1 when x=0 so that is one point on the graph (0,1)

but i need three points not 1

ya so now you just pick two more so pick any number for x and solve like i showed you

i need an answer ..... please ?

what excuse me ?...... are you talking to me???

Try it again there's no point just being told the answer Oh wait you're a woman you're life revolves around raising babies and staying in the kitchen the answer is the graph smurfy attached and \[y=(−3/2)x+1\]

i agree with Eliza..well the first part

Sorry there was a typo that wasn't aimed at you smurfy

ok :)

ummm i came here for help and answers not smart gender remarks ok feather!!!!???? because if you are a girl you sound dumb and if you are a boy flutter you okhay because i didnt do anything wrong to you .... okhay so go kill your self you dirty whore

and how do you know if im a women or not you don't know my age

It's yourself not your self "okhay"

idc you got the message whore!

Okay sorry for assuming you were a woman you may insert the word girl instead and then read it as your life will revolve...

So what's the problem between you and my daughter?

If you look above your comment you should be able to read what it's about :)

How did you assume that my sixteen year old daughter was a grown woman? Because of what she said? Now your talking to an adult and your getting ready to be reported.

I explained this problem in the other post that you created for this same problem pick a value for x, say x = 0 3(0)+2y =2 2y =2 y=1 sp the point (0,1) lies on the graph you are trying to plot. similarly choose two more values for x and find the corresponding values for y. once you have your three points, draw a straight line through them. That will be the graph you are looking for

dhat i already explained it to her but all she wants is the answers apparently

oh well. thats too bad then. I can only show her how to do the problem, not do it for her.

yupp

Now you're not now your go for it

And tell me what babies does my daughter have and when have you seen her life revolving around babies and being in the kitchen? And please feel free to correct me at any time? there must be a typo somewhere.

Please, lets all just calm down. There is no need for flame wars in a place of study. Monah, please just answer whether my answer or smurfy's answer answered your question. Ignore the other person who is provocating you.

i meant minah

You are right dhatraditya.

I'm sorry if I offended you in anyway Minah023

My daughter is frustrated understandibly so, but comments that Eliza made will not be tolerated and for me that was a form of bullying and if she chooses to insult my daughter again then action will be taken.

that is correct. just ignore them and report abuse if anyone unnecessarily abuses you. There is no need for this back and forth. Lets just stick to the math here.

Also please note that this forum is available to help your daughter, not to do her problems for her. Most people would only show you HOW to do the problem or the method to follow.

um from what it seems your daughter isnt even tying to see what these two dhatrad and smurfy are trying to explain to her she is just trying to get answers shes not even really trying for herself

I understand that and like I have told her she needs to at least attempt to try and solve the problem or problems.

okay, with that understanding, lets get back to the math. ignore unnecessary comment and report them. now, minah, did you understand the solution which I gave?
