NEED help!!! Newton's law of cooling states that if a body with temperature T1 is placed in surroundings with temperature T0 different from T1, the the body will either cool or warm to temperature T(t) after time t, in minutes, where T(t) = T0 + (T1-T0)e^-kt. A cup of coffee with temperature 101 degree f is placed in a freezer with temp 0 degree. After 7 minutes , the temperature of the coffee is 58.1 degree. What will its temp be 19 mins after it is placed in the freezer?

I am not sure actually thinking about it. T1=101 for sure T0= -101 here? I am not so sure but I guess so. so using these you have T(7)=58.1=-101 +(101+101)e^-7k

now you can solve this to get k and plug in the values to get T(19) my only problem with this is that this function tends to -101 as t goes to infinity and that is not really right :-)
