Hi Anyone. I need a little bit of help. I have an assignment due on Saturday. I had to choose a company and:

Provide a brief overview of organization #2; highlighting key information available on each statement, to include:
• What is the organization’s product or service?
• When was the organization established?
• What accounting organization audited its financial statements?

The company I chose was NetFlix. Im having a hard time with the third bullet. What accounting organization audited NetFlix financial statements? Any idea where I can find this out?

All public companies must include as part of the annual report and audit of the financial statements by and independent accounting firm. You will find this info as a part of the full 10K filing which is what the annual report is called that must be filed to the SEC. The following link will take you to EDGAR the SEC filings datbase and to Netflix 10k report. If you scroll down to the link that reads Report of Independent Registered Public Accouting firm and click on it it will provide you with the Audit report.
