i was a small boy in 1953 . my father was the commandant of the northern areas . [gilgit] now pakistan. the chief justice of the us supreme court earl warren came for a fishing trip to this remote part of the world. there being no hotels or any decent place to live he very kindly accepted my fathers invitation to stay at our home. i remember him vividly because he would make me sit on his shoulders and walk to the trout streams to fish . he took many pictures then . I wonder if any pictures have survived? And I would be thrilled to see if I could find myself in them.[Dr H,Z,Khan{apriday49@hot
