if the question is $\sqrt{\frac{3}{7}}$ then:$\sqrt{\frac{3}{7}}=\frac{\sqrt{3}}{\sqrt{7}}=\frac{\sqrt{3}}{\sqrt{7}}*\frac{\sqrt{7}}{\sqrt{7}}=\frac{\sqrt{21}}{7}$
