First step is to declare a variable name for the unknown. Here, the number of hours. Call it H.
Amount earned = hourly rate times H
Amount minimum to be earned = $353.10
Rest should be straightforward.

Okay, so it's $11.5 * a certain number of hours, and this has to be greater than or equal to 353.10, because that would be the only way to purchase it.
[11.5h>=353.10] which simplifies to h>=30.70
