$8^{-1} + 2^{-3}$ How would we do this and please DO NOT do it in decimal form. Do in exponential form.

$$8^{-1}=\dfrac{1}{8}$$ and $$2^{-3}=\dfrac{1}{2^3}=\dfrac{1}{2\cdot 2\cdot 2}$$
