\[(21/26) \div (27/28)\] is the same as \[(21/26) * (28/27)\] You could go straight into multiplying the numerators together and the denominators together, but I find it easier to simplify first, then combine
\[(21/26) * 28/27)\]\[(7/26) * (28/9)\]\[(7/13)*(14/9)\] this equals...\[(7*14)/(13*9)\]\[98/117\]
