i don't understand the question (-3)^even integer=positive (-3)^odd integer=negative there will be numbers between integers such that you get a complex number(not real) the limit does not exist
i'm just saying a is -3 because i thought it would be easy for you to look at a number in the interval given it doesn't matter what i let a equal in that interval the limit does not exist
