Were there any metallic compounds that did not react with either the acid or the base? Write the type of metal, based on your examination of the periodic table. @Biology

electrochemical series and over experiment: so what are you doing next with those nitric and hydrofluoric acids ? but from periodic table....... maybe something from electron structure and electronegativity, d-orbitals, combinations ?

?hmmm

OpenStudy (kociela):

on what level ? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electrochemical_series that is kinda fussy list, but basically if you take the brönsted definition: acid gives H+ and base OH- then the positive ones doesn't react right away with acid because it's need energy. (reduction potential, energy output of getting electrons so losing to acid is reverse and get's to minus) from base i'm not sure, but haven't heard that it would, neither that somebody had tried right out.

ooooo now i get it :) thx <3
