What is the limiting reagent and reagent in excess of sodium bicarbonate with hydrochloric acid reaction? I had to put approximately 1/2 spoonful of sodium bicarbonate in a 150-mL beaker and slowly drop acid from a 100-mL beaker with 20 mL of hydrochloric on the sodium bicarbonate. My goal is to stop adding acid when all bubbling has ceased. I just want to add enough hydrochloric acid to react with all of the sodium bicarbonate. HELP!

solve the stiochiometry, the one with less number of moles is the limiting reagent and the one with higher number of moles is in excess

The very wording of your question tells me that the acid will be the limiting reactant, "in excess of sodium bicarbonate with hydrochliric aicd." However, as krypton said, do the math first.
