divide the kite into two triangles first will be triangle DEG and the other is triangle EFG both these triangle are isosceles
now the sum of all angles in a triangle is 180
for triangle DEG consider the other two angle x
106+x+x=180
106+2x=180
2x=180-106
x=74/2
x=37
this gives you one part of angle E
now for the second part consider triangle EFG
38+x+x=180
38+2x=180
2x=180-38
x=142/2
x=71
now total angle E is equal to sum of the two parts i.e.
<E= 37+71
= 108 degree
so option B is the answer :)
