I would go with "bachelor's degrees." We aren't talking about multiple bachelors - the word "bachelor" is being used as an adjective to describe the degree. At least in American English, we'd maintain the singularity of the adjective (think "drug gang" in US English vs "drugs gang" in British). U-EOF is right degrees is the plural, not bachelor's.
