I might not be able to help if your inbox has achieved sentience, but it if has not, you can turn off emails by going to the settings on the top right. Once you are there, select notification settings on the left, and uncheck the relevant checkboxes.

I thought I had tried that before, but... I don't know
yet another example of my lack of technological know-how, which only helps to propagate the myth that I am sentient being. Clever, eh?

It looks like the MathJax servers went down. MathJax is who hosts our Latex rendering.

It seems like things are back up and running though. \( truth \)
