use distance/speed ... must be roughly 1/9 th of second
8.3 seconds 1.2 × 10^–1 seconds 1.08 × 10^16 seconds 10.8 × 10^15 seconds
Divide 3.6(10^7) by 3(10^8). I think it is a little more than 10^-1.
Distance = speed times time, so time is distance divided by speed.
