KF is a strong electrolyte, & HF is a weak electrolyte. How are they different?

H-F has a hydrogen bond. Hydrogen bonds are very strong for this reason the HF is a weak electrolyte since it does not fully ionize. KF forms ions more easily for that reason KF is a strong electrolyte.
