A particle has a charge of 600µC and a mass of 0.6nkg. This particle is placed in a uniform electric field of 1200 N/M. What is the acceleration of the particle?

find the force acting on the mass. F= mass * acceleration. thus acceleration is F/mass
you can use from these: F=qe F=ma

here Electric field is vector quantity and @ ICECREAM_HERO,in your given question the direction of electric field is not given .....
here only consider, the electric force because the gravitational force is very low compare to electric force. Fnet=qE =>a=qE/m..find it
