He is single with two dependent children (three withholding allowances) and wants family medical insurance coverage. Find his total deductions and his net income.

Check out the IRS website www.irs.gov and look for "(Circular E), Employer's Tax Guide" Everything you need is in there, since you don't have to worry about withholding state taxes, paying workman's comp insurance, paying unemployment insurance, paying the local county and city fees and taxes on employees, or anything else. And people wonder why there are no new jobs out there?
