Well, we know that the critical points are found by setting the derivative equal to zero, then we take the critical points and plug them into the second derivative in order to find if they are a max or min. If we get a negative value it is concave down and a max. If we get a positive value, it is concave up and a min. We also know that inflection points are found by setting the second derivative equal to zero. Lastly, we know that to find the x-int, we set y=0 and to find the y-int, we set x=0
