I see that it's false...
We know that the sides opposite to two equal angles are equal
Suppose if two angles are equal, then two sides will be equal. This will tell that it is isosceles
False. the triangle may have 100 degrees for 1 angle, and the other 2 equal angles of value 40 degrees still it's an isosceles triangle.
