Parth (parthkohli):
You find the mean by adding all and dividing the number of numbers here. Here the number of numbers is 8.

OpenStudy (anonymous):
median is middle number
line them up from least to greatest and see which one is in the middle.

Parth (parthkohli):
And, the median is obtained by setting the nums up in a sequence(least to greatest or greatest to least) and just seeing the mid number.

Parth (parthkohli):
But here there are 2 middle numbers, so the median would be the mean of the two mid nums.

OpenStudy (anonymous):
so the median will me 9
