You find the mean by adding all and dividing the number of numbers here. Here the number of numbers is 8.

median is middle number
line them up from least to greatest and see which one is in the middle.

And, the median is obtained by setting the nums up in a sequence(least to greatest or greatest to least) and just seeing the mid number.
