it's just a quadratic in T... use the quadratic formula to solve the equation.
write in standard form: aT^2 + bT + c = 0 where a = -16 b = 145sin20 c = 5
I did use the quadratic formula but I keep getting a wrong answer...that's why I sort of need a more descriptive answer...
with those values for a, b, c? first calculate what b=...
0= -16T^2+49.592920T+5 O.O
