Using the periodic table, state the mass of 6.02 x 1023 atoms of nickel

Because 6.02 x 10^23 is the number of particles in ONE mol of a substance (here we therefore have ONE mol of the element), we can go to the periodic table and look at the molar masses of the elements and multiply that by ONE. So for Boron it's 10.8 g. You can do the same with Nickel.
