I might have but I don't remember. I had fallen behind in some schoolwork due to family situations.

Boyle's Law states that if the temperature of an ideal gas remains constant, if the pressure increases, then its internal volume decreases, likewise a corresponding increase in volume must result in a decrease in pressure. Think of a balloon that is blown up. If you squeeze the balloon, its pressure will increase because you are trying to make it smaller. With me so far?

ok. Mathematically Boyle's Law is expressed as: \[p _{1}v _{1} = p _{2}v _{2}\] You know the volume of one gas as 1L. Of that same gas you know it has a pressure of 270 kPa. The second gas has a pressure of 540 kPa. You now only have to solve for the volume of the 2nd gas. Can you give that a try and see what you get?
