um so what are the expressions ?
\[9^{-2} and \left( \frac{ 1 }{ 9 } \right)^{-1}\] \[\left( \frac{ 1 }{ 9 } \right)^{-1} and 9^{-1}\] \[9^{-1} and 9^{-2}\]

I dont understand the x's the m's and the n's lol what are you doing?
It's an example. I'm trying to saying that if the exponent is negative, then take the reciprocal of it. For example, \(\large 4^{-2} = \dfrac{1}{4^2}\)
