If you let \(x(t)=t\) then you can solve for \(y(t)\) using \([y(t)]^2=[x(t)]^3=t^3\)
Then just find values of \(t\) such that \(x(t)=1,\;y(t) = 1\) and \(x(t)=4,\;y(t) = 8\)
