relationship between pH of bases and kb is higher kb, higher pH right?!

OpenStudy (jfraser):

the kb describes the equilibrium constant for the dissociation of a base in water.\[:B(aq) + H_2O(l) \rightarrow HB^{+1}(aq) + OH^{-1}(aq)\] and\[K_b = \frac{[OH^{-1}][HB^{+1}]}{[B]}\]If the [OH] is very large, what happens to the value of K? What does that do to the [H+]? What does that also mean for the pH when [OH-] is very large?
