OpenStudy (anonymous):

what is the diffrence between reversible & irreversible processes?

OpenStudy (abb0t):

irreversible reactions are reactions where the reactants convert to products and where the products CANNOT convert back to the reactants. vice versa for a reversible reaction, in which the reaction occurs simultaneously, which means that the reactants are reacting to yield the products, as the products are reacting to produce the reactants.

OpenStudy (dean.shyy):

A reversible reaction can go both ways, while an irreversible reaction can only go in one direction.
