If you have two magnet with different attraction forces, one with 15N the other with 30N and compared it with a set-up of 15N - 15N and 30N - 15N. Which one has more force within a distance of x ?

What I've understood is that you're trying to compare the force's in to different set ups, you've asked a similar question like this before right? I assume the magnet with 15N is a small magnet while the 30N is a larger magnet? If so... the larger magnet that is capable of attracting with 30N will not apply that force with the small magnet of 15N... The surface area as another member I think named @electrokid told you its all about the "Area", that large magnet will only apply 15N or something close to it, or maybe even a bit more. Because of the area. If the area was equal to the other magnet which I doubt it is... and its able to apply 30N, then its possible.

A short sum, the force of attraction/repulsion is based primary on the magnetic field going through a certain area. The larger the magnet the more area it has thus the greater the force. But when another magnet is present it will not apply the full force that its capable of.
