How do you know whether a solution is saturated unsaturated and supersaturated?

OpenStudy (aaronq):

add more solute to the solution, if more dissolves it's unsaturated (or was) if none dissolves it could be super- or saturated, you would have to take the temperature of the solution into account. if it's supersaturated, heating it up won't allow you to dissolve more, but it's if it's saturated it will

None of the soulte dissolves its saturated and if you heat up the solution and no solute dissolves any more than its super?

OpenStudy (aaronq):

yes
