can someone explain to me the basic of lechatliers principle and kinetics generally

OpenStudy (anonymous):

for lechatelier principle imagine that you have a Weighing scale...in one side you have products and in the other side the reactants. So this principle will find the way to mantain that equilibrium. If you add more of the product, this principle will transform some molecules of the products to reactants so the equilibrium wont be affected.

Le Chatelier's Principle: "If a chemical system is at EQUILIBRIUM and a CHANGE is made that DISTURBS the equilibrium, then the system responds in such a way as to COUNTERACT the change and eventually a NEW EQUILIBRIUM is established. Use words written in capslock when you need to define Le Chatelier's principle. Those key words get you full marks if you use them correctly in one or two sentences.
