OpenStudy (anonymous):

I can help you if you need it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

We play outside after school.-Nosotros Jugamos afuera despues de la escuela They sleep outside during summer-Ellos duermen afuera en el verano You walk the dogs in the morning.-Tú caminas los perros en la mañana

OpenStudy (hba):

@Amber♥theworld I guess you are spanish :p

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no I am spanish

OpenStudy (anonymous):

One thing: It isn't: "Caminar los perros". It's "pasear los perros" So you have to change the verb, try it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

And it isn't :En la mañana. It's: Por la mañana

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well where i'm from it's pronounced like that so don't go changing what i was taught

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What? Do you say Caminar los perros?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes i say that we aint formal cubans

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well.. I'm from Spain and I've never heard caminar los perros.. I've always said : Yo paseo perros and not Yo camino perros... It doesn't make sense. And I know people from another countries and they say like me. If you say that in cuba they say that ok... I don't know, but It isn't usual.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah i lived in cuba and everything they say caminar los perros

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so how do you say I watch television after school. and i play the piano after school. and She sleeps at night in spanish?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I play piano after school- Toco el piano despues de la escuela She sleeps at night-Ella duerme por la noche and i watch telivision is kind of hard for me because i'm not sure how to say it in a more formal way

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I watch television: Yo veo la televisión

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thas why i didn't answer that question because i say yo miro la television

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It's the same meaning but at least in spain we say more ver la televisión. But both are right

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah i guess

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Mirar is more like look, watch. Ver is more like see, watch. Ver is more commonly used for watching television, movies, etc. I have heard "pasear" for walking (dogs) more..... Even from some Cubans. Only "caminar" from school kids. Could be a single part of Cuba?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

We play outside after school. < Nosotros jugamos afuera despues de la escuela I watch television after school. < Yo veo television despues de la escula They sleep outside during summer < Ellos dureme afuera durante el verano You walk the dogs in the morning. < Tu lleva los perros a camina durante la manana I play the piano after school. <Yo toco el piano despues la escuela She sleeps at night. < ella dureme en la noche
