Why combination or bonding of oxygen and carbon dioxide forms water. Are there any similar gases whose bonding forms liquid. one what conversion principle are they working.

it looks like it's impossible to form H2O from O2 and CO2 because there are no H atoms in the reactants.

well these two gases H2 and O2, combine to form water.

not sure what they mean by "conversion principle", but it's often a reduction-oxidation reaction when two gases combine like this. when H2 combines with O2, H2 is oxidized and O2 is reduced. the energetically favorable transfer of electrons causes this reaction to happen.
