How do you do partial sum of an arithmetic series if the last term is not known?

you said that it's a PARTIAL sum, so , why do you need the last term?
What is Tn supposed to be in the equation?
it stands for the general form of the term in series
Like the difference of the terms?
for example, if your series is 1,2,3,4........ so T_1 = 1 T_2 =2.... and so on

It just says "Find the 70th partial sum of the arithmetic series 37+49+61+..."
