Easy Entropy Question - But Unsure :/ If you need to calculate entropy of a reaction as follows : Product - NaN3 (96.9), however the reactants are Na(51.2) and N2(95.8) - Do you do n2 * 3, then divide by 2?

I'm not sure what you trying to do, but I assume we follow this relation: \[\large \Delta _{r}S ^{\Theta}=\sum_{j}^{}v _{j} S _{m}^{\Theta}\] The values of entropy for each molecule you usually need to look up in a data table.
