If negative change (I-)/ change in temperature is equal to 4.8 times ten to the negative four, what is the value of change (I3-)/ change in temperature during the same time interval. I can't figure the time interval. The question didnt establish any time.

are you sure you mean temperature and not time? i.e. \(\sf \dfrac {d[I^-]}{dt}\) lower case t is time upper case T is temperature
