What is the molarity of a solution containing 115g ethanol (C2H5OH) in 500cm3 of solution? MOLARITY

OpenStudy (aaronq):

use the formula: \(M=\dfrac{n_{solute}}{L_{solution}}\) where n=moles, M=molarity ---------------------------------------------------------- i'm sure you know how to find moles, if not, this is the formula: \(n=\dfrac{m}{M}\) where m= mass, n=moles, M=molar mass (same symbol as molarity, you have to know in what context you're using it).
