varying directly, means "y" is increasing as "x" changes, so x = 7, y = 11 x = 8, y = 13 so it's increasing, so "y" is varying directly to "x" to find the constant of variation, that is \(\bf y = n \cdot x\) pick a pair from the table and plug them in, solve for "n" like before
say x = 7, y = 11 so \(\bf y = n \cdot x \implies 11 = n \cdot 7\)
